Awards
AUDIENCE AWARDS – The audience in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo vote separatedly for their favorite films
and videos. Two ANIMA MUNDI Trophies and cash prizes will be granted for every award, one for each city.
ANIMA MUNDI DIRECTOR’S AWARD – A prize awarded by the Festival directors to the film or video which
stands out as a special achievement to the animation cinema. The winner will receive R$ 3.000,00 and the
ANIMA MUNDI trophy.
ANIMA MUNDI SPECIAL AWARD – The best films and videos will be selected and invited to participate in
ANIMA MUNDI SPECIAL, a special program that will tour on few other Brazilian cities during 11 months after
the festival. The selected works will receive a R$ 700,00 award.
