– Over 50% of the production must consist of animated sequences.
– Competing animated features must have been completed in 2007 or after and never previously entered at Animafest.
– Films with dialogues or narration other than English must have English subtitles. Each production must be accompanied by the complete English translation (dialogues or narration) of the original text along with a time-code indication.
– The submitted works must be in the final edited version. Works in progress will not be considered.

About
The World Festival of Animated Film in Zagreb is traditionally the second oldest festival in Europe. The 19th World Festival of Animated Film – Animafest Zagreb (hereafter Animafest) is an international competition festival for animated films. Every two years is held the competition either for features or for shorts.
Awards
Grand Prize (best feature film in competition) – 3.000 €, festival statue and diploma, honorary presidency at the next Animated feature competition 2011.
